An honest night for young people to understand family patterns, regulate emotions, set healthy boundaries and build an identity stronger than inherited wounds.

Some baggage was never yours to carry. This session explores how to let go of burdens from the past, recognise what God may be revealing, and find clarity during life’s uncertain in-between seasons.

Discover how trusting God can bring freedom, healing and renewed purpose for the journey ahead.

SESSION 7: 7pm Monday, 14 September - The pain beneath the surface, healing hidden wounds.

Some relationships need repair. This session explores “The Pain Beneath the Surface”—identifying hidden wounds, understanding how they affect our relationships and allowing God to bring healing and restoration.

SESSION 8: 7pm Tuesday, 15 September - Creating safe relationships, learning to love without fear

Strong families are not conflict-free. This session explores how to create safe relationships, work through conflict with grace and learn to love without fear.

SESSION 9: 7pm Wednesday, 16 September - Leaving a better legacy, building what future generations will inherit

What heals in you can outlive you. This session explores how personal healing can break unhealthy cycles and create safer, stronger relationships.

These free resources offer practical, faith-informed encouragement for building emotional safety, repairing what has been strained, practising forgiveness, and growing deeper connection at home and in everyday relationships.

Parenting can be joyful, exhausting, confusing and deeply meaningful, all at once. These free resources offer practical encouragement for calmer communication, emotional safety, forgiveness, connection, and building a home where children and caregivers can keep growing together.

The free resources are just the beginning. Family Life Week is a relaxed, practical and hope-filled event for anyone wanting stronger, healthier and more connected relationships.

 

Across the week, Errol and Paulette will explore themes of identity, belonging, emotional safety, communication, healing, forgiveness, connection and legacy.

 

The programme includes a Friday evening Youth Night, a full Sabbath program, and a Sunday combined brunch with men’s and women’s breakout discussions.

Whether you are single, married, parenting, caregiving, rebuilding after hurt, supporting your family, or simply wanting to grow, you are welcome.
