Why Saturday?
At our church, we worship on Saturday because we believe in honoring the Sabbath as a sacred day of rest and worship, just as God intended. In the beginning the Bible says, “God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when he rested from all his work” (Genesis 2:3 NLT). This day, set aside at creation, is a time to rest from our daily labors, reconnect with God, and spend time with family and community.
Joining us on Saturday allows you to experience a day dedicated by God for spiritual renewal and growth. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and rejuvenate, following the example set by Jesus, who also kept the Sabbath (Luke 4:16).
Discover the peace and blessings that come with observing the Sabbath with us. We welcome you to be a part of our community, where we grow in faith and support each other in our spiritual journeys.
A Church in Bunbury For The Whole Family
When you arrive on the premises of our Church in Bunbury, you’ll be met by one of our friendly greeters who will direct you to our Welcome Center. For your first visit, we have a gift for you! Our Welcome Center team is there to answer your questions and help you find where to go during your visit. Please help yourself by giving yourself a complimentary bottle of water.
Bringing Children?
Starting at 9:30 am, we offer activities for children ranging from infants to teens. For older children sixteen years and older, we also have a youth group — a place where they can connect and make new friends in a safe Christian environment.
For all our younger children, we have a Children’s Check-in, conveniently located just off the main foyer. Here, our dedicated Children’s Ministry staff will be ready to assist with any questions and guide you through check-in.
Worship
Our intergenerational worship services begin at 11 am, with the gospel of Jesus Christ at the heart of every gathering.
In music, we embrace a whole-participation approach, welcoming all ages to join in singing cherished hymns and contemporary songs alike, bridging the best of the past and present.
We then have a special message for the Children before opening the word of God for the Adults. Expect to delve deep into Scripture with our verse-by-verse, Bible-centered preaching, which aims to expose the richness of God’s Word.
Bible Study
We are passionate about Bible Study. We offer personal one-on-one Bible Studies for those looking for a deeper and more personal dive into the Bible.
We also have a group Bible Study every Saturday morning that starts at 9:30 AM. Our Saturday morning Bible Study time is perfect for families with children. We offer separate classes for the children, so that everyone can enjoy our study hour, including your children.
We offer a variety of adult groups, including one for young married couples, ensuring a relevant study for everyone. It provides comprehensive religious education and Bible study guides to foster community service and spiritual growth, all rooted in fellowship and God’s teachings.
